Keisha Jackson was referred to Marshfield Children's Hospital when she found out her unborn baby was seriously growth restricted. Amarion was born premature at 26 weeks at 1 pound, 1 ounce. He only had a 5% chance to live.

The expert team at Marshfield Children's Hospital cared for him and supported Keisha during a difficult time. Child Life and Expressive Therapies worked with Amarion to help him start meeting his developmental goals. Soon, everyone knew Amarion by his beaming smile.
